They asked me to write about how my son won his school’s recipe contest and how I’ve been trying to change our school lunches.  I now have an official title for our PTA of “Food Service Liaison” which will help me help the kids get better quality, higher nutritional-content food!

I’m so elated to get published on Jamie’s site.  I admire Jamie tremendously; he’s done so much to change the way people eat and how school’s feed children.  I’m honored.
