Made lamb slider burgers the other night. Why have I waited so long to make these? So delicious!
My New Zealand born mother said when I told her I left her one to eat while babysitting, “Yuck, that doesn’t sound appealing”. But I convinced her to give it a try… She was quickly converted. No leftovers. My sons ate with no hesitation and devoured them!
Definitely going on my rotation.
Mixed ground lamb with turmeric, cumin, coriander, cilantro, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper and a little olive oil. Cooked on medium high heat and served on whole wheat bun.
Would be great with Manchego or a goat cheese too.
